an aid to laundry troubles
[At some handwave-y time shortly after the closing of the Story, a note in an workmanlike cursive hand goes up on the bulletin board:]
If you need a change of clothing, I can make simple tunics and trousers that won't disappear.
Find me:
[A simple doodle of Illarion's face follows: Pointy ears, long hair, blindfold (or veil), malar stripes. Enough to go on when most of the Library is human.
It is signed below the doodle with an eye-and-feather symbol. No name.]
IC UPDATE:
[A few hours after the initial post goes up, an additional sheet of paper is appended to it:]
Payment is not necessary but if you're one of those who can make or find permanent items, you can bring one of the following:
- Fabric
- Thread or gut
- Head/round knife
- Awl
- Leathering needle
- Raising hammer
- Pliers
- Portable anvil
- Hides or leather
NO glitter. We have plenty.

sorry Rio shrikes default to female for unknown individuals
definitely the blood variety; don't tell Blizzard]Hands are useful. Materials even more useful if you can get them.
[Though from the question, Extremely Fancy Handwriting -- call her the Scribe -- is very new here, so materials might be a hard ask.]
Not if they came in with you. If you try making any without practice at it, they'll vanish when you finish them. Like anything else finished in here.
it's a reasonable assumption. You never know with dragons.
Oh dear. I see. That does explain a few things. I'll check my packs, I might have something that isn't just for enchanting. Do you require help presently or are you occupied?

[Illarion sees another opportunity to help, if not.]
Someone's on his way over right now. Give me two hours.
[Which will put them well into Library evening but he's undead. If the person he's writing to doesn't care, neither does he.]

Not that it matters now I suppose. Honestly, who puts up an interdiction that only blocks the most useful spells?
Two hours it is! I have some reading to do anyway, so that works quite well! I will see you then!

Subtly. It's more uneven than it was.]
They won't let you conjure different food?
I'm free.
[Wait. That gets blacked out, methodically.]
You can come by now.

The best things in life are free! I will attend you forthwith.
[And he does indeed turn up shortly! With! A book he probably shouldn't have taken from the stacks, tucked under one arm. As people in the library go, Rio's probably a fair bit better dressed than most, what with all the beads, jewelry, elaborate embroidery and shades of blue silk he's wearing.
Ignore the imp following him, just slightly out of phase with the rest of the library, looking extremely put out.]

He is going to steadfastly ignore the last written communication he got, but still wave the newcomer over politely to where he's perched (literally) on a chair.
There is a sizable bolt of crimson silk next to him that he is busily cutting up. Has to be turned into a project of some kind of he's going to lose it all.]

Almost certainly a blood elf, there's a few variants these days he doesn't recognize well on sight, but something in that family! There probably should be a little caution, but after the harpy, most threats just seem .. rather less!]
Oh, isn't that a lovely shade of crimson?
[The book is promptly set down nearby. Rio knows better than to touch what's being cut up, but other things are fair game, and he's got an eye for fine things. Whoever said dragons don't hoard lies. Loot is required.]
I can see why you wanted to wait. Whoever brought this has good senses for materials. I'm no tailor, but this is nearly on par with embersilk. My name's Rio. What can I do for you?
[Well. He seems pleasant enough, if terribly chatty.]
