I would ordinarily defer to the common legal definition -- to wit, an occurrence or threat thereof that would cause substantial injury or harm to persons or property -- but I am realizing as I pen this that any such occurrence inside the Library will be immediately and largely painlessly reverted.

We may need to revise our definitions. We may need to settle for smaller unpleasantnesses.

Alternative proposal: A verbal alert, and pre-determined boundaries? A second or so of notice should suffice.

I have not noticed any signs of structural instability.

My theoretical is that the library's warpcraft will prevent anything of the sort. Supporting observation: Structural elements change size to accommodate different scales of patron.
