Anima, Aura, Breath and Psyche: Mundane Magic Signup

To my fellow Editors:

It is a fact of supreme importance to me that I am still capable of the feats of evocation that I became capable of on Mundus. I am both curious to know if others could learn them as I did, and know more than one person for whom it would be of practical use in self defense and the protection of others.

For these reasons, I am offering to teach the practice of arcane magic as it is taught on Mundus to anyone capable of using it with full awareness of the risks.

I would like to meet a week from tomorrow, on the 16th, in the Changing Room - hopefully as a garden. If you are interested, sign below. If you have any questions, leave them.

To simplify it greatly, using willpower, gestures, and breathing to directly physically change the world.

Usually you need to channel and shape energy stored in your body to do it, the same energy a competent fighter or athlete uses to move their muscles. This energy has many names; I call it "Breath."

That sounds like yoma energy, a little.

This may be so. I know that not every world has it, but all people of Mundus breathe it in and store it in their bodies, and it apparently is in the air here, too.

That is why most languages there call it something like “breath” - the words ruach, prana, and qi or chi are all referring to the same thing.
