[This is written in a fairly neat handwriting, in a language that may look roughly similar to Arabic to those familiar with it. The paper on the bulletin board has a small note on top, with a lot of space on the rest of the page for people to fill in as needed.]
Since we're all from different worlds and cultures I think there are a few things we should probably get sorted out as a group. First thing should probably be how to address each other. Go ahead and write your name/title/what you want to be called, your gender identifier if that's important to you, and pronouns to use for you.
Kai, he/him

Nara'a Sunvara, male, he/him
[There's a note added later, upon seeing some of the others.]
Note that it is pronounced na-ra-ah, not nah-rah. Nara'a is my name, Nara would be my mother's name. The 'a indicates that I'm the first son.

Ushiro Jun (宇白 順) (family name, given name). Male. he/him.
[And then there's something else written in Japanese next to it. It probably means nothing to people who don't speak Japanese.]
My personal pronoun is ore (おれ).

This humble scribe is known as Hisako Godsup.
Let it be known that 'Godsup' is a deed-name of the first generation. As such it is incorrect when used without a personal name. If you must append an honorific, append it to both or to 'Hisako'. 'Lady Hisako' or similar is flattering, but know this: mine is the pedigree and legitimacy of a harbor gull, and I am a woman of no repute.
[She knows she could claim noble blood, who would know! but it's a vaguely repellent idea.]
If your intention is to be more removed and informal 'the Stormwing', 'the Immortal', or 'that bird' work as well.

He/him.
No titles. I won’t answer to "sir," "boss," or anything that sounds like it came with a badge or a rulebook.
I will answer to "hey you," "oi," "menace," "that one again," or "problem," provided it's said with the appropriate amount of exasperation.

Male, he/him; I'm still learning how things are done here, so please forgive me if I misunderstand the conventions regarding gender and pronouns. In my culture, this is not a matter of choice, but I mean no disrespect should I make a mistake.
I do not hold a title, nor should one be used for me.

Mrs. Mina Harker. I'm given to understand the honorific is not necessarily clarifying as to my gender, therefore I am a woman, and you may refer to me by "she" and "her" as pronouns.
I do not insist on the formality of "Mrs. Harker", though I do not object to it, either. "Mina" is perfectly acceptable, given the circumstances we're all in.

I don't have a gender and don't care what pronouns you use for me. Currently presenting masculine so he/him is probably easiest. Who knows? Might be different next week.

[Hard to tell but the enthusiastic slant of his own writing implies Magnus really is excited about the challenge.]
As I am the only four-and-a-half meter cyclops in the Library, I think I will be easy to recognize.
I am Magnus the Red, Primarch of the XV Legion of the Imperium of Man, Master of Prospero, sometimes called the Crimson King. Among other titles, ekenames, and epithets, which I will not list in detail here.
I do not mind what others should choose to refer to me as. "Magnus" would be overfamiliar on Prospero or from most of my Legion, but not objectionable.
"Witch", however, is a fighting word.

Ah. I am recently "arrived" but I am Cinthe Velare, no title. Cinthe is fine. I am a female tiefling, so I would be referred to as she/her, if that is what you're asking?
voice;
I'm X. The Hero X if you want some kind of title - and yes I am willing to explain how that works. I'm male, of Han Chinese descent and use the pronouns of he/him.
Also, due to many reasons I have two appearances so while I will stay mostly as myself, you may also catch my other appearance as well.

I'm Erichthonios, Warder of Pandaemonium if that title still holds any meaning to this point. I'm male so he/him.
Even back in my original world, I was told my name was a 'mouthful' so just adressing me as Eric or Erich is just fine.

Humans typically prefer Aden Nahain because they can actually pronounce it.
Major Nahain is my own current preference.
As for my gender, I've always thought of it more like an everyone else problem. I'll customize my presentation according to my liking and I'm happy to play up whatever someone sees me as if they make it clear, but that's about it.
Same thing for pronouns. Pick one for me and stick to it. Or mix it up, I don't care. It/its is a special privilege though and I'll only accept it from people who aren't weird about it.
